Caddis Construction, located on the North Shore of MA, made its debut as a residential construction company in 1998 in the town of Frisco, Colorado, under the guidance and direction of Jason Hammer. Jason, seeing a lack in this community of unique, custom designs that maintained the highest level of craftsmanship, decided to put his extensive training and innate building intuition to good use. Thus, he founded Caddis Construction and has been its owner and foreman ever since.
Frisco proved to be the perfect area in which to start a construction company that specialized in custom works, as many of its residents were eager to build second homes and vacation getaways that would be the settings of their countless memories for years to come. Consequently, Jason learned that listening closely to his clients is the best way to launch their visions into realities.
In 2003 Caddis Construction made a cross-country trek, and brought Jason’s outstanding building values and principles to Gloucester, Massachusetts. He became a homeowner himself, allowing him to wear both his clients’ shoes, as well as his own as a carpenter. Now familiar with both sides of the business, Jason understands even more the comfort that a competent and innovative foreman can give to his potential clients, and he is happy to do this each day on the job.
Realizing that quality work and customer satisfaction are the keys to achieving long-standing business relationships, Jason is onsite for the entire duration of each job. He works hand in hand with his clients to ensure they receive the results they desire, from the foundation to the finish work. All aspects of carpentry are handled expertly by Jason and his team. If you decide to go with Caddis Construction, you’ll find that they consider no detail too small.
